The lecture notes on Solid State Physics I + II will be published as a book by the Oldenbourg Verlag Munich in 2012. Information on the contents of the book is contained in the above pdf-file. An excerpt of the book is avalaible here.

The lecture notes on Solid State Physics I + II have been started already in 1996. The first full version was completed in WS 2004/2005 and revised and improved in SS 2005. A further revision was made within WS 2008/2009 and SS 2009. Due to the large number of inquiries regarding a printed version of the lecture notes, publication as a book was decided in 2011.
